Roasting since 2001
Ridge Batch started with a five pound roaster in a garage in 2001. Today we roast about two tons a month in the South End, still in small batches.
We visit our partner farms every year and print their names on every bag.

We buy from the same twelve farms each year and pay well above market price.
How it works

Step 1: Book or walk in
Reserve online for groups of five or more. Walk ins are always welcome at the bar.

Step 2: Order your way
Ask us about allergies and swaps. We cook to order and can make most dishes milder.

Step 3: Take some home
Everything on the menu is available to go. Call ahead and it will be ready when you arrive.
