Food truck serving customers on the street

South Lake, Pasadena

Pasadena's favorite truck on four wheels

Find us at breweries, markets and office parks all week, or bring us to your party.

Food truck serving customers on the street

From one grill to a full kitchen on wheels

Rolling Skillet started in 2004 with a borrowed grill at the farmers market. A year later we bought an old bread truck and fitted it out ourselves.

We still cook every order to order, and we still take the truck to the market every Saturday.

Street food worth tracking down

Tacos, bao and fries from a truck that parks around Pasadena. See where we are this week or book us for your event.

Every dish has a vegetarian version, and we fry in a separate fryer.

How it works

  1. 1

Step 1: Book or walk in

Reserve online for groups of five or more. Walk ins are always welcome at the bar.

  2. 2

    Step 2: Order your way

Ask us about allergies and swaps. We cook to order and can make most dishes milder.

  3. 3

    Step 3: Take some home

Everything on the menu is available to go. Call ahead and it will be ready when you arrive.
