What age can kids start?
From four years old in our Little Dragons class.
Do I need to be fit to start?
No. Fitness comes with training.
What should I wear to a trial?
Comfortable workout clothes. Bare feet on the mat.
Is there a contract?
Month to month memberships, with family discounts.
Is sparring required?
No. Sparring is optional and always supervised.
Your first class is free
Pick a program and a time. We will have a uniform ready for kids.
