I help high achievers slow down without falling behind
After a decade in corporate leadership (and one memorable burnout), I retrained as a certified coach to help others find a more sustainable way to succeed.
Since 2017 I've worked with more than 500 clients, from first-time managers to founders and career changers. My style is warm, practical and honest: we'll celebrate your wins and gently challenge the stories holding you back.
