Rows of vegetables growing on the farm

Grown without sprays, picked the morning you get it

Jonah and Bea Whitley have farmed Hollow Oak since 2011. We grow about 60 crops on 14 acres, keep 200 laying hens on pasture and plant a cutting garden for the farm stand.

We are certified organic by NOFA Vermont.
