Oven Crust began in 2020 with one oven and a starter older than the business. We still shape every loaf by hand and bake through the night.

We buy flour from a mill two hours away and butter from a dairy we can drive to. It costs more, and you can taste it.

Everything on the menu is available to go. Call ahead and it will be ready when you arrive.
