Sourdough, croissants and layer cakes baked overnight in Willy Street. Open from 7am until we sell out.

Naturally leavened bread, laminated pastry and celebration cakes, baked through the night.
What you can count on
Slow bread
Our sourdough ferments for two days. It tastes better and it is easier to digest.
Baked overnight
The bakers start at 2am so the shelves are full when we open at 7.
Cakes to order
Birthday and wedding cakes with five days notice, flavors that change with the season.
Nothing wasted
Yesterday's bread goes to the food bank on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Questions people ask
- What time should I come?
We open at 7am. Sourdough and croissants often sell out by noon on weekends.
- Can I reserve bread?
Call by 5pm the day before and we will hold it under your name.
- Do you make gluten free bakes?
We bake a flourless chocolate cake and almond cookies, but the kitchen uses wheat flour all day.
- How far ahead should I order a cake?
Five days for most cakes, three weeks for tiered wedding cakes.
- Do you deliver?
Cakes within ten miles for $20. Bread is pickup only.
