Cattle Ember opened in 1995 with a simple idea: buy the best beef we can find, age it ourselves and cook it over real charcoal.

Our butchers cut every steak in house and our servers know the wine list by heart.

Hand cut, dry aged and cooked over charcoal by people who care about the details.

Two rooms for 12 and 30 guests.

Reserve online for groups of five or more. Walk ins are always welcome at the bar.
