Around the shop
Owned by two baristas
Tess and Omar met behind the bar at a shop in Durham and opened Little Fern in a former laundromat in 2019. They still work the morning shift most days.
Everyone on staff earns at least $18 an hour before tips, and we close for Thanksgiving week so the team can be with family.
